[Important] Nokogiri version for Ruby version < 2.5.

Hi,

If you are a customer currently on Ruby version 2.4, please do take a look at this PR: #206.

After this PR is merged and released, your Nokogiri version will be rolled back to 1.10.8 when updating this SDK. Please do let us know if you have concerns about that.

Also, sharing that it is NOT a concern for you even you are on 2.4 is a very helpful input as well.
