[BUG] Dedicated Server cannot etablish RCON Connection after a tournament has taken all possible slots on the node #358
Description
I started a tournament and all matches which resulted in using all possile slots on my node. To do so i deactivated my allready fine running dedicated on it. After cancelling and deleting the tournament the dedicated servers started but could not etablish an rcon connection
Only visible trace is that the node was still on the cpu and ram load like the server instances would still run. also the panel network usage kept the same level
