OpenComments Delivery Plan

This folder tracks implementation progress for the OpenComments production roadmap.

How to use this folder

• Each milestone has one markdown file.
• Progress is tracked in that milestone's Progress log section.
• New updates are appended; prior entries are never deleted.
• Decisions are recorded in Decision log.

Definition of Done

• Milestone checklist items are either completed or explicitly deferred with rationale.
• Acceptance criteria are verified with evidence (commands, screenshots, or linked artifacts).
• Risks and blockers are updated with current mitigation status.
• Decision and progress logs include append-only, date-stamped entries.
