Per our strategic plan doc, we need to address the following goals this quarter:

  • Have at least 20 core, contributing members in Bangor
  • Build at least two substantial municipal relationships in the Bangor MPA
  • Deploy at least one marquee project in Bangor MPA
  • Working group and first draft working towards helping municipalities negotiate public internet
